Returns & Exchanges
*Returns can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable.
*For exchanges, there will be a reshipment charge. Customer is responsible for return freight.
*Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
*Merchandise must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. This means not worn, soiled, having any odor/fragrance or alteration. Any item that is returned that fails to meet these requirements will be returned to the sender and no credit will be issued.
*If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping.
